Rate Change

Due to increasing cost of wholesale water and operations the O & B WSC Board of Directors voted on 7-17-24 to have a rate increase. The Base Fee will increase from $46.40 to $49.80 and the Water Usage Fee will increase from $5.70 to $6.25 per 1,000 gallons. These rates will become effective with October 2024 water and billed November 15, 2024.

Late Charge will increase from $5.00 to $10.00.

Returned Check Fee will increase from $30.00 to $35.00.
